2. General information

This website is a static information site. The website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served locally. Content from external providers is generally loaded only after a deliberate action by the visitor or when an external link is followed.

A general cookie banner is therefore not required. Where an external service uses its own cookies or similar technologies after you deliberately activate that service, this is explained in the relevant section below.

3. Hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare)

This website is delivered using Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection and access data, including the IP address and technical information relating to the request, in order to deliver the website, maintain security and prevent abusive access.

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing the website securely, reliably and efficiently under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare provides safeguards for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses, and also participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 4. Spotify players (loaded only after a click)

This website can load music players supplied by Spotify (Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden). A player is loaded only after you actively click “Load Spotify player”; before that, the player does not transmit data to Spotify. By clicking, you consent to your IP address and device information being transmitted to Spotify and to Spotify potentially using cookies or similar technologies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The consent applies to the current page visit; reloading the page blocks the embedded player again. Further information is available in the Spotify Privacy Policy.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, for example with a booking enquiry, we process the information you send, in particular your name, email address and message, in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication concerns steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted when it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations require it to be kept.

6. External links

This website contains links to external services, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Tidal, Deezer, Amazon Music, Facebook and Stripe. Those services are not loaded merely because the links are displayed. When you click an external link, you leave this website and the privacy terms of the relevant provider apply.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes data-protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: www.dsb.gv.at.
